Rita Giacalone, Ph.D. in History (Indiana university, USA), is a Professor of Economic History at the School of Economic and Social Sciences, Universidad de Los Andes (Venezuela), coordinator of the Regional Integration Research Team, and a researcher in the Agri-Food Research Center. She has served as a director of the School of Political Science, Universidad de Los Andes; and was visiting professor at the Joseph. H. Lauder Institute of Management and International Studies, University of Pennsylvania, Universidad de La Plata (Argentina), Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (Mexico), Essex University (United Kingdom) and Université de Toulouse-II-Le Mirail (France). José Luis Ruiz holds a Ph.D. in Managerial Science and Applied Economics, University of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania, USA, MSc in Finance, MSc in Economics from Universidad de Chile, BSc in Commercial Engineering from Universidad de Chile. Is assistant professor at the School of Business and Economics at Universidad de Chile. Is the academic director of the MSc in Finance at the Universidad de Chile. Jorge Carneiro holds a D.Sc degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, a M.Sc. degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering both from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). Carneiro is Associate Professor of Strategy and International Business at PUC-Rio. Head of the Division of Strategy Division of ANPAD (Brazilian Academy of Management). Former Editor-in-Chief (2010-2015) of BAR (Brazilian Administration Review) and member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Management Research. Board member of EIBA (European International Business Academy) and former Board member (2009-2014) of BALAS Business Association of Latin American Studies).Visit my website
